The London Tunnels is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team.
As we bring one of London’s most extraordinary underground spaces back to life, we’re looking for someone with exceptional leadership, organisational, and operational skills to help shape how this landmark project runs day-to-day.
About the role
The Operations Manager will oversee the development and implementation of operational processes, ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellence across all aspects of our site. Working closely with our management team, you’ll play a key role in transforming these historic tunnels into a world-class destination.

- Has proven experience in operations, facilities, or project management
- Thrives in complex, evolving environments
- Is passionate about heritage, innovation, and delivering outstanding visitor experiences
- Can lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams
